Your score strategy and your application strategy built together.

Most candidates manage a GMAT tutor, an admissions consultant, and an essay editor independently — and the pieces drift apart. MBA House runs the whole process: one team coordinating your test plan, school list, essays, recommendations, interviews, and scholarship strategy.

01

GMAT Focus prep, fully bundled

42 hours of live instruction, 90-minute subject classes, recorded sessions, a structured 6-week syllabus, and unlimited private tutoring with subject specialists.

02

MBA admissions consulting

School selection, resume, essays, recommendations, video essays, mock interviews, scholarship strategy, and waitlist support — with double-peer review on every deliverable.

03

NYC and online, same team

Live sessions at our Manhattan studio on W 14th Street or online from wherever you work. The plan adapts to investment banking, consulting, finance, tech, or international schedules.

04

Accountable, week by week

Your advisor sets a weekly plan, flags risks early, and adjusts as your test scores, deadlines, or target schools shift. No drift, no juggling vendors.

GMAT Focus

A structured course with unlimited private tutoring inside.

Every GMAT Focus engagement includes 42 hours of live instruction, 90-minute subject-specific classes, live and recorded access, a personal study plan, and unlimited private tutoring — not capped hours, not per-session billing.

Live instruction

42 hours, six-week rotation

Subject-specific classes covering Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Data Insights on a rotating six-week schedule, with 7:30 PM ET sessions designed around working professionals.

Private tutoring

Unlimited, not metered

Schedule one-on-one tutoring with subject specialists as often as your plan requires. No hour packages, no overage fees, no rationing your weakest topic.

Format

90-minute live classes

Attend in person at our W 14th Street studio or online. Every session is recorded so you can rewatch, work between time zones, or catch up after a client trip.

Study plan

Personal, not generic

A diagnostic identifies your weakest sub-sections, your target percentile, and your timeline — then your advisor sequences the topics so the work compounds toward your test date.

Who it's for

Busy NYC professionals

Bankers, consultants, finance professionals, attorneys, engineers, and international candidates with demanding schedules and 655+ GMAT Focus score targets.

After your free class

Diagnostic and plan

Attend a sample class, then receive a recorded session, a 6-week study plan, and a follow-up call with an advisor — at no cost.

01

School selection and fit

Honest analysis of your profile against M7, T15, EMBA, and international targets. We build a balanced list around stretch, fit, and scholarship leverage.

02

Essays with double-peer review

Every essay is shaped by your primary consultant and reviewed by a second senior reviewer. No solo editing, no one-pass drafts — the work compounds.

03

Recommendations strategy

Who to ask, in what order, what to brief them on, and how to align two letters so the committee sees one consistent leader — not two flattering paragraphs.

04

Interviews, video essays, scholarships

Live mock interviews with detailed feedback. Video essay coaching for Kellogg, Yale, and Wharton. A dedicated scholarship strategy for every short-listed school.

05

Unlimited work hours

Round 1, Round 2, reapplication, waitlist, scholarship negotiation — your team works the application until it's submitted, not until a clock runs out.

Application strategy with Harvard perspective.

Our admissions practice is led by Vivianne Wright (Harvard) with 17+ years guiding candidates into the world's most selective programs. Every applicant gets a primary consultant, a peer reviewer, and a coordinated essay, recommendation, interview, and scholarship plan.

FAQ

Questions ambitious applicants ask first.

Is the private tutoring really unlimited?
Yes. Every GMAT Focus package — from the $2,500 membership to the $5,000 M7 campaign — includes unlimited private tutoring with subject specialists. There are no hour caps, no per-session billing, and no overage fees. If you need extra Data Insights sessions in March and extra Verbal Reasoning in April, you simply book them.
Can I attend in NYC or online?
Both. Our studio is at 154 W 14th Street in Manhattan, and every class is also streamed and recorded so you can attend live online, watch the recording on a flight, or split your engagement between in-person and remote sessions.
How does the free strategy call work?
It's a 30-minute one-on-one consultation, online or in our studio. You'll leave with a target-school shortlist, a recommendation on GMAT vs. GRE vs. Executive Assessment vs. waiver, a realistic timeline, a package recommendation, and an honest read on scholarship potential — written up so you can keep it. No card on file, no obligation.
What does "double-peer review" actually mean on essays?
Your primary admissions consultant directs your essays from the first outline through final submission. A second senior reviewer reads every essay independently before it ships. This is the default — not an upsell — because solo essay editing is the single most common reason strong candidates submit thin applications.
How are MBA House packages different from hiring a separate tutor and consultant?
When your test plan and your application plan are managed by the same team, three things change: your test timing aligns with your round decision, your essays can reference work you're doing on the test, and you stop paying two retainers to two vendors who don't speak. The integration is the product.
Do you publish prices?
Yes. $2,500 for the GMAT Focus Membership, $4,000 for GMAT Focus plus one school, $4,500 for GMAT Focus plus three schools, and $5,000 for GMAT Focus plus five schools. PayPal monthly payment plans are available on every package.
